The client needed a solution that could accommodate vehicles and future needs without having to do constant modifications, which is how we arrived at the garage + lean-to design. The client also wanted something that looked nice and enhanced the property, but was affordable, so we had to keep a balance of cost and aesthetic expectations. What really makes this build special is its open-span interior design and high-end exterior finishes.
